All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£). We may amend prices without prior notice; the price payable is the price shown at checkout.
6. Payment
Payment must be received before dispatch. Accepted payment methods may include SumUp Payment Links, cryptocurrency, and other methods displayed at checkout. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order.
7. Shipping
Orders are dispatched in accordance with the Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise stated, UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information. Elixir Research accepts no responsibility for incorrect addresses supplied by customers, parcels delivered to the address provided at checkout, or delays resulting from inaccurate details.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply.
9. Returns & Refunds
The Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. Products cannot normally be returned once dispatched, and opened or used products cannot be accepted.
Refunds are considered where goods are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, or where required by UK consumer law. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights.

We are committed to supplying high-quality research materials. Products should be inspected promptly on receipt, and issues should be reported within the timeframes in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

The customer is responsible for safe storage, appropriate laboratory handling, compliance with local laws and regulations, and ensuring products are suitable for their intended research.
Elixir Research does not provide scientific, medical, or legal advice regarding suitability for a particular application.
12. Prohibited Uses
Customers agree not to use products for human consumption, in animals, for medical treatment, for diagnosis or prevention of disease, for unlawful purposes, or contrary to applicable legislation.
Orders suspected of being intended for prohibited purposes may be refused or cancelled.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elixir Research is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, misuse of products, damage from improper storage or handling, or use outside the intended research purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
