Shipping Method
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

- Proof of delivery where available
- Delivery aim of 1 working day after dispatch; this is not a guaranteed next-day service
Dispatch Times
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days once payment has been received and cleared.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next working day. During high demand, dispatch times may be longer; if there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery Times
Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver within 1 working day after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Elixir Research cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather, industrial action, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number where an email address or mobile number has been provided. You can track the parcel through the Royal Mail website.
Shipping Address
Ensure your delivery address is correct before placing an order. Elixir Research cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us. We will work with Royal Mail to investigate the shipment.
Royal Mail considers parcels lost only after its specified investigation period has elapsed. Replacement or refund decisions will be made after the investigation is complete.
Damaged Deliveries
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, take photographs of the packaging before opening where possible, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and retain all packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only unless otherwise agreed in writing. If international shipping becomes available, additional delivery times, customs requirements, and shipping charges may apply.
