Research Products
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only.
To maintain product integrity and quality assurance, we operate a strict returns policy.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, an incorrect product ordered by the customer, products no longer required, customer ordering errors, or failure to read product descriptions before purchasing.
Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.
Opened Products
For safety, quality-control, and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, or tampered-with products cannot be returned or refunded unless required by applicable UK consumer law.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item is damaged during transit, incorrectly supplied, or faulty on arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email at Elixir-Research@proton.me.
Where possible, include your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. We may request the item be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with Royal Mail. Where Royal Mail confirms a parcel has been lost, we may send a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns Process
Returns are accepted only where authorised by Elixir Research in advance. Unauthorised returns may be refused and returned to the sender.
If approved, an item must be unused unless faulty, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Please allow up to 10 working days for it to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the goods are faulty.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled.
